Website Redesign (HRCCU)
I oversaw a complete redesign of the HRCCU website with the goal of improving design, navigation, functionality and to drive enhanced results for the credit union. After making these changes in 2019, HRCCU saw the following increases in website performance: users (+193.1%), sessions (177.1%), pageviews (+179.2%) average session duration (+10.2%), conversions (+94.1%) and conversion rate (+92.7%).
Finance Blog (HRCCU)
I developed an online blog as part of our inbound marketing and SEO strategy. Article topics have included budgeting, savings and loan tips with the goal of building authority with our target audiences and driving organic traffic to the website.
Search Engine Optimization (HRCCU)
I partnered with marketing agency Elevation Ten Thousand to improve organic traffic to the HRCCU website. Initiatives included, but were not limited to a technical audit of the website, usability review, competitor analysis, google business listings, optimization of 175+ pages, link building, blog content, keyword list with rank tracking, and monthly optimizations.
Since implementing these optimizations, HRCCU has seen the following growth in regards to organic traffic to the website since January 2020: organic sessions (+296%), organic pageviews (+303%), organic searches (+304%) and organic conversions (+108%). Organic traffic to the website also surpassed direct traffic (51.1% - 38.9%) for the first time in June 2020.
