Website Redesign (HRCCU)
I led the complete redesign of the HRCCU website with the goal of enhancing design, navigation, and functionality to drive better results for the credit union. Following the redesign in December 2019, HRCCU experienced significant improvements in website performance, including increases in users (+193.1%), sessions (+177.1%), pageviews (+179.2%), average session duration (+10.2%), conversions (+94.1%), and conversion rate (+92.7%).

Finance Blog (HRCCU)
I developed an online blog as a key component of our inbound marketing and SEO strategy. The blog covers topics such as budgeting, savings, and loan tips, aimed at building authority with our target audiences and driving organic traffic to the website.

Additionally, I have written a collection of blog articles for the blog to strengthen the credit union's brand authority in the financial services sector, offer valuable information to members and improving search rankings.

Search Engine Optimization (HRCCU)
I partnered with marketing agency Elevation Ten Thousand to boost organic traffic to the HRCCU website. Our initiatives included a comprehensive technical audit, usability review, competitor analysis, optimization of Google Business listings, optimization of 175+ pages, link building, blog content creation, keyword research with rank tracking, and ongoing monthly optimizations.
Since implementing these strategies in January 2020, HRCCU has experienced significant growth in organic traffic, including increases in organic sessions (+296%), organic pageviews (+303%), organic searches (+304%), and organic conversions (+108%). Notably, organic traffic surpassed direct traffic for the first time in June 2020 (51.1% vs. 38.9%).
