I am a proven non-profit business leader with experience in marketing, communications, branding, advertising, public relations and management.

I currently serve as Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Brand Strategy at Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU). In this role, I am responsible for setting the strategy and growth objectives to increase brand awareness, market the product portfolio, and cultivate the member experience. I oversee product marketing, member communications, branding, creative, advertising, consumer strategy, lead generation, public relations, performance reporting, and sponsorships.

Since joining HRCCU, I have been responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing and communications plan that leverages multi-channel consumer growth campaigns across digital, traditional and organic channels to obtain record breaking sales and revenue growth. I also improved the operations and productivity of the marketing department by realigning staff and identifying key savings to reinvest in branding efforts to exceed growth objectives.

As a veteran marketing leader, I previously served as Director of Marketing for the 75,000-member New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). At NYSBA, I led a marketing and creative team in producing strategic marketing campaigns targeting attorneys across 50 states and 130 countries. In 2018, my marketing efforts helped NYSBA grow total membership by 6% YOY
the first positive membership growth in five years.

In addition to my professional experience, I graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Oneonta with the highest honors in my field and I hold a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University at Albany. I also have served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for the American Marketing Association's NY Capital Region Chapter's Board of Directors since June 2023.

I believe that creativity, data-driven strategy and standing out in a crowded marketplace is key to successful marketing, communications and brand growth.
