I am a results-driven nonprofit business leader with a proven track record in marketing, communications, branding, advertising, media relations, and team management.
Currently, I serve as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Brand Strategy at Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU), where I lead strategic initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, promoting our product portfolio, and enhancing the overall member experience. I also oversee key functions, including product marketing, member communications, branding, creative services, advertising, consumer strategy, lead generation, public relations, performance reporting, and sponsorships.
Since joining HRCCU, I have spearheaded the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy, delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, traditional, and organic platforms. These efforts have resulted in record-breaking sales and significant revenue growth. Additionally, I have streamlined departmental operations by realigning staff roles, identifying key cost-saving opportunities, and reinvesting those resources into impactful branding and advertising initiatives, helping us exceed growth objectives.
Before joining HRCCU, I served as the Director of Marketing at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), representing over 75,000 attorneys. In this role, I led a team of seven marketing and design professionals in creating targeted marketing and advertising campaigns for members across all 50 states and 130 countries. My strategic marketing initiatives were pivotal in driving 4% membership growth in 2018—NYSBA's first positive growth in five years.
In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Master's degree in Communication from the University at Albany, a Bachelor's degree in Music Industry from SUNY Oneonta, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Cobleskill. I also serve as the Executive Vice President of Operations on the Board of Directors for the American Marketing Association’s New York Capital Region Chapter.
