This marketing plan was developed to effectively engage target audiences, strengthen brand awareness, and drive measurable growth in both membership and revenue for Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU). By highlighting HRCCU’s unique value as a trusted, member-first financial institution, the plan leveraged a strategic, multi-channel approach to reach current and prospective members.
In addition to enhancing our existing marketing efforts, the plan established a more holistic framework designed to integrate both new and traditional channels. This approach positioned HRCCU to both meet and exceed its growth objectives over the coming years while continuing to build deeper engagement within the communities it serves. 

Communications Plan (2022)

Guiding Members and Staff Through the HRCCU's System Upgrade Journey
These communications plans were developed to clearly and effectively inform both HRCCU staff and members about the credit union’s core system upgrade, with the goal of ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing confusion throughout the process.
The plans outlined a comprehensive, integrated communications strategy tailored to internal and external audiences. Key objectives included engaging and educating HRCCU’s 90+ employees and more than 36,000 members by providing timely, transparent, and easy-to-understand information across multiple channels. This approach helped set clear expectations, prepare both staff and members for key changes, and ensure operational continuity throughout a major technology transformation​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Member Acquisition & Growth Plan (2025)
HRCCU’s Plan to Attract, Engage, and Retain Members
This strategic marketing and growth plan was developed for HRCCU to support the organization’s long-term membership and revenue growth goals. It leverages a combination of promotional offers, strategic product development, branch expansion, charter growth, mergers, and retention strategies to drive sustainable success.
The plan serves as a clear, actionable roadmap for accelerating growth through a balanced focus on member acquisition, engagement, and retention, while positioning HRCCU to expand its reach while deepening relationships with existing members.
Brand Redesign (2019) 
New Look, Same Commitment: HRCCU’s Brand Transformation
Led the complete rebrand of HRCCU to modernize its identity, attract new members, and strengthen engagement. The initiative included a new logo, color palette, typography, brand messaging, and updated marketing materials.
The rebrand aimed to align all communications with HRCCU’s core values of trust, community, and personalized service. A comprehensive rollout across internal and external channels ensured consistency and positioned the credit union for long-term growth.
