Magazine Production & Advertising (2018)
Oversaw the design, advertising, and production of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) monthly magazine, including leading a complete redesign to modernize its visual identity, content structure, and delivery format. The updated publication improved readability, member engagement, and advertising appeal. To extend the magazine’s digital reach, I also launched a complementary online blog, providing expanded content and driving increased web traffic and member interaction.

System Upgrade Guide (2022)
Created a comprehensive System Upgrade Guide to inform Hudson River Community Credit Union's (HRCCU) 36,000+ members about key changes related to a core banking system upgrade. I led the project from concept to completion, developing the content, writing all copy, and directing the visual design. The guide served as a clear, accessible resource to help members navigate the transition with confidence and ease.

Financial Coaching Guide (2019)
Created a downloadable Financial Coaching Guide as part of an inbound marketing campaign to drive engagement and lead generation for HRCCU. Offered as a free incentive through the blog, the guide encouraged visitors to sign up for marketing emails while providing valuable financial tips and resources. I led the project from concept through completion, including content development, copywriting, and art direction to ensure the guide was informative, on-brand, and visually engaging.

Internal Marketing Guide (2018)
Created a comprehensive marketing guide to help NYSBA staff and members effectively promote their products, services, and programs. Designed to support a cohesive marketing strategy across the Association and its 27 Sections, the guide included practical tools, best practices, and branding guidelines. I led the project from concept to completion, including content development and art direction, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across all teams.

Sales Booklet (2018)
Created a sales booklet to support the promotion of NYSBA’s 1 Elk rental space, designed to showcase the venue’s features and benefits to prospective clients. I was responsible for the concept development, copywriting, photography and art direction, ensuring the booklet was visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the venue's brand identity.
