News Coverage
I secured a feature news story with WRGB CBS 6 Albany to promote our school banking and financial literacy programs in local school districts. In addition to securing the media coverage, I also produced a press release for the station and created an interview brief to prepare HRCCU staff.
Member Communications
I developed a communications plan to educate members about important changes to our core banking system and their accounts. The campaign included a variety of communications, such as email journeys, postcards, website updates, blog articles, in-branch buck slip handouts, and a member guide. The vendor now provides these materials as examples of how other credit unions can effectively communicate system changes to their members.
